Low Vitamin D: lowers immunity. Fatigue and other symptoms can result and vulnerabilities from other diagnoses can become worse. Raising Vitamin D3 is easy. Speak w/your doc about taking 5K mg caps of Vitamin D3 daily and retesting in several months. Peace and good health.

VDD and POTS: A specific association is unclear. However, there are many systemic effects of low Vitamin D levels, including effects on the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAS) which affects blood pressure. Regardless, given the many known (and unknown) deleterious effects of Vitamin D deficiency, treatment to replete low Vitamin D levels is advised.
