Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, you have not provided any information about what test was done, or what the results of the ultrasound were. It would be prudent to take it up with your doctor.

See a Specialist: An ob/gyn specialist should accurately read and recommend the best treatment for you after looking at your test results. Keep in mind there are many false positive test results during pregnancy. You have the choice to seek as many professional opinions that you can! Relax, think positively and keep a very healthy lifestyle during this pregnancy!
