I have no pain, this had a ultrasound done 3/21/14 and it said it was a 4x4x7 mm lymph node, retested 2 days ago now 6x4x5 mm lymph node still ok?

Yes, it's OK.: We all have lymph nodes. When they get bigger than 15 mm in one direction then they need to be evaluated a little bit closer. For now, you can rest easy since these have a normal size.
