A member asked:

What it's mean if you have few border line lymph node in cervical ultrasound and what test need to be done to make sure it's not lymphoma?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Lymph nodes: Lymphadenopathy without an obvious cause after the history and physical examination presents a diagnostic dilemma. The cause of lymphadenopathy is often obvious after a complete history and physical exam done by a physician. A biopsy is rarely needed. The upper limit in size of a normal cervical lymph node is 10-15 mm.
