In terms of bp measurement accuracy/reliability, how do wrist bp cuffs compare to the traditional arm cuff @ the dr's office?

As accurate or bette: There is something called white coat hypertension wherein a patient's B/P goes up when in the doc's office because of anxiety. The home measuring devices are accurate and when set up will record a number of readings which can be downloaded to your computer and then printed out and brought to your doc to discuss how you're doing.
