These symptoms: May have no relationship to one another. A strained rotator cuff and forearm paresthesias (tingling) warrant at least a cursory talk with an advice nurse; an evaluation of right foot tingling deserves a course of conservative treatment...Stretching, heat...Before proceeding further. I certainly agree with another doc on our network who just suggested an eval for possible neck nerve root entrapment.

No: The strain in the rotator cuff may be legitimate but it sounds like you may have a neck problem too. That would cause the numbness in the arm and could cause the numbness in the foot too. See an orthopedist.
