Temporary: Isotretinoin raises these. The important one is TRIGLYCERIDES, which always go up. Usually the elevations are not high enough to be of concern. If they are very high you may need med and/or diet for it. If significant elevation, check a few weeks after you stop. The effect is gone a week after you finish. After the first month, if the blood tests are not very far from ideal, you need no more blood
