Hi ldl. Low hdl: Your LDL should ideally be lower, but falls in range for initial dietary change and exercise therapy. Regular exercise can also help hdl, but may take several months to show a benefit. If you smoke, this needs to be stopped- suppresses HDL and damages he inner wall of your blood vessels, predisposing to depositing cholesterol in arteries.
