Waaaaay too much.: For some people, that would be enough protein for an entire day, so clearly that's too much protein to ingest in one sitting and certainly too much to ingest in any capacity before bed. 90 grams of protein would be the average intake for a 90kg person for an entire day. Shoot for 1 gram protein per kg of body weight, divided up throughout the day.
