Blisters : Blisters can form on the skin in response to many different things, such as chemical irritation, insect bites, allergic reaction, burn or infection. Does it hurt? Does it itch? Is it a bunch of tiny blisters clustered together? Did she injury her thigh? Due to her age, the description and the location of her rash, she should be examined by her doctor to ensure the appropriate treatment.
