My daughter 6 year old has a sudden fine course like rash that started around her face and now moved to her body she says its not itchy and it is not red also doesnt look like blisters?

Viral Rash?: It is difficulty to say what is causing her rash.Presuming that she is uptodate with her immunization and there are no other symptoms like itching and fever,it may due to a viral infection.I will watch it and see how it progresses.It may be a good idea to have it checked by the pediatrician as there are other possibilities as well

Virus: This may be rubella(german measles). It does appear to be a childhood viral illness that doesn't make the patient very ill. Your pediatrician can make the diagnosis after an examination.
