Why am i getting severe back pain right after eating a crunchy peanut butter and apple sandwich? how can i fix it? sharp pain that comes and goes.

Chew your food: B"sd my wife had similar sx's. Endoscopy showed a superficial tear in the distal esophagus. If severe or doesn't resolve you may also need an endoscopy. Also a retained peanut fragment could be involved. Provider may suggest antacid or other med.
