Tastykakes BAD!!!: Most yeast infections occur after antibiotics. Usually there is some yeast overgrowth in the intestines as well as vaginally and sugar/starches feed the yeast, increasing chance of recurrence. Unsweetened peanut butter is OK but sweets like tastykakes are best avoided as much as possible. Taking probiotics will help too. See http://tinyurl.com/234ag4b
