That's a pretty high: dose. Talk to your doctor about possibly adding a non-stimulant medication as an adjunct. (S)he may need to make changes in your other psychotropic medications, depending on which non-stimulant is selected. Document the onset & duration of action of your current meds & how/when breakthrough ADHD symptoms impact your daily functioning. Just give your doctor the facts.
