Which type of yoga classes would be good for a christian?

Choose carefully: "test all things; hold fast to what is good." most christians believe in the golden rule, in applying the standards of reason to claim, in avoiding shunnig human-made superstitious practices, and of course we do not ask favors of the gods of polytheism. If a group focus on the physical or on mind-training without weird magic stuff, you should be fine. Ask in advance.

Yoga Classes: Because you engage in healthy breathing, exercise, mindfulness, and enhancing spirituality does not mean that you are betraying your Christian values. When you hear anything in life, accept that which will help you, enrich you & is sensible and you can let the rest go. So, if religious or spiritual beliefs are expressed that don't coincide with yours - I would respect the other person's >
