Lumps: They sound like lymph nodes. If they are small, less than an inch in size, freely moveable and painless and all individual and not in other places, they sound like normal lymph nodes. All the best.

Lymph nodes: What you are describing are healthy lymph nodes. Different people have them in different places and they vary in size. They are your friends. Leave them alone.
