A member asked:

I have had a right swollen tonsil for 10 years now and a lump on the right side of my neck under the skin that moves and doesnt hurt and no pain. ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See your doctor: Many things can cause a tonsil to swell, even persistently. The lump on the right side of your neck suggests that you might have lymph nodes reacting to whatever's causing the tonsil problem. That lump might also be the lymph nodes reacting to a problem in the neck or upper chest. A thorough examination, imaging, and possibly a biopsy are advisable. Please make an appointment to get these things.
