Neck mass: You did not mention how big. There are many causes for a neck mass. You should have your neck evaluated by your doctor.

See a doctor: Hi. It sounds suspicious for a lymph node. It could also be a thyroid nodule. I suggest you see your doctor and discuss! Please don't ignore this! Good luck!
