Neck?: I am concerned. You have lumps on your neck that bleeds when you brush your teeth? Do you mean the lumps are in your mouth? You may have what's called a pyogenic granuloma... Please see your dentist. And see a doctor for lumps by your neck... That could be serious.

Suspicious lumps?: Regardless the cause... I would advise you to have the lumps on your neck examined by a primary care specialist (e.g. ENT, OFP). Any suspicious lump that does not resolve itself in 2-3 weeks should be evaluated.
