Likely not: The lesions you described do not appear to be from psoriasis. You may try some Hydrocortisone cream on them to see if it helps. If not , consult your doctor. I have seen this on some patients who have vitamin D3 deficiency and thus you should get a blood test to see if you are indeed low in this vitamin.
