Orthofill elastic bands to close minor gaps in teeth. says they are orthodontist approved? what is your opinion of those?

STOP!!!: You can do irreparable harm! Elastics can slip out of position and cause loss of bone/gums/teeth. Orthodontists have a minimum of 10 years training to learn how to properly move teeth and jaws. It's NOT a DIY project. Talk to an Orthodontist. Let him/her evaluate your problem and explain the healthiest way to treat your problem.

DIY Orthodontics: Certainly not approved by any orthodontist. Severe damage to bone and support structures can occur with their use. There's more to orthodontics than rubber bands.

Not Worth The Risk: Moving teeth affects your dental health and teeth harmony over a lifetime. I would suggest that you have an orthodontic consult for diagnosis and treatment options.
