Multiple factors: You have 2 ovaries, so a simple cyst on one ovary should not be the issues; however multiple ovarian cysts ( PCOD) can lead to both infertility and diabetes. Check with your GYN to rule out thyroid illness, metabolic issues, stress, tension, anxiety and have your partner's semen analyzed
