Free fluid from burst cyst in ovary causing pain, but doctor sent me home, dose it go away on its own eventually? 5 weeks pregnant

Yes - be patient.: Ruptured ovarian cysts can cause acute pain that should gradually improve. The fluid is normally reabsorbed over time without intervention. Rarely hemorrhagic (bleeding) cysts can make the pain increasingly unbearable and are associated with anemia, weakness, fainting; these can be true emergencies that require surgery to resolve. Please monitor your pulse and blood pressure at home and contact ob.
