Ovarian cyst ?'s: Ovarian cysts are mostly benign, and will not by themselves prevent pregnancy. Make certain you have had a pelvic sonogram with an up to date ultrasound machine, as some ovarian cysts are complex, and can lead to more serious medical issues.
