Is it possible that a doctor can see a cyst on my ovary before seeing that i'm actually pregnant.?

Depends on your MD: You may have had an ovarian cyst prior to pregnancy which could be detected by exam or sonogram. Sometimes it is too early to see a pregnancy on sonogram < 5 weeks would not be seen.
