Cyst: I don't think one ovarian cyst would make you unable to conceive. Women with multiple ovarian cysts (PCOS) have trouble conceiving.

Infertility: Please write back & clarify. Since your cyst in November, has been difficult/painful to have sex? Or are you concerned b/c 6mo have elapsed w/o pregnancy? If former, go see your Family Doc, GYN or Planned Parenthood for evaluation. Ovarian cyst should not cause this. If latter, we don't diagnose infertility until 12mo elapsed of active attempts w/o success. Make sure already taking prenatal vitami
