Possible: First, a low amh does not mean that you will not conceive. It is a pretty good predictor of outcomes with ivf, but it is not definitive. Secondly, having a small ovarian cyst is not a reason to stop trying. I would read about dhea and acupuncture: two things you can do on your own to improve your fertility. I assume semen analysis is normal? Hsg is normal? Read "taking charge of your fertility".
