SSRI: Hypochondria belongs to the obsessive thinking disorders, all included under the higher anxiety disorder's umbrella. Continue CBT while taking an SSRI, paroxetine,sertraline, fluoxetine , citalopram o escitalopram etc. . Meds will decrease anxiety and dilute the obsessions.
