I suffer from severe hypochondria. are there any ways (mental exercises, etc.) to help me control my fears? i even worry when i don't have symptoms.

Therapy can help: I'm not aware of any "mental exercises" for hypochondria. However, psychotherapy may be able to help you decrease your anxiety and preoccupation. There are different approaches to psychotherapy, so find a therapist you're comfortable with. Good luck.
