Yikes : I guess if you have not had trouble with it in several years, it is unlikely to cause trouble now. What you are describing would be concerning for a displaced skull fracture, but again, it has been several years now since the accident. A ct skull would undoubtedly give more information and I would recommend you being seen if you are concerned.
