A member asked:

I've been having on and off pain right under my earlobe since the past 2 years. no dental problems or any lumps. no swollen glands, no ear infection.

Nerve pain: You could have an irritated or inflamed nerve in the face / jaw area that causes pain just under the earlobe. Another possibility is TMJ which is inflammation in the jaw joint - it can cause pain in the ear as well. It is also possible that you have something wrong in the right side of your throat that is referring pain to the area under your ealobe. See an ENT specialist for workup.
