I am swollen right underneith my right collarbone. what could it be?

Chest lumps: If the area was injured, it could be dislocated. Otherwise I would be concerned enough to be examined. The only things I can think of in that area are lung and blood vessels. Neither one should pop thru the rib cage. Sometimes the thyroid can pop out there when it gets too big.
