Lymph node?: Since you have hiv, you have a higher chance of getting certain infections and cancers. There are many lymph nodes behind your collarbone, and if they get swollen from either, it can cause a lump. This is something to let your HIV doc know about right away. It could be as simple as a muscle spasm, but i would want to see you and examine you asap to treat any bigger problems early! take care.
