Is it possible to have lymphoma w/ no palpable swollen lymph nodes at all or no fevers or sweats, just discomfort near collarbone & sometimes armpits w/ certain movements? feel fine! could weighted vest cause this? just got one for christmas,worried?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. What you described does not suggest lymphoma. If you lose weight, get fever or an enlarged spleen or enlarged nodes, it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
