What could be the cause of a swollen collarbone? it is not painful, and has been swollen for about a month now.

It depends: The clavicle (collar bone) is unlikely to be the origin of the swelling. Lymph node enlargement or arthritis of the sternoclavicular joint need to be ruled out. Have the issue evaluated.
