Anemia. : Is your platelet count low, too? There are myriad causes of anemia, but not all of them require a bone marrow biopsy to diagnose, so I'll assume you're pretty far down the diagnostic path. At this point, your best bet would be to wait for the biopsy results. Preliminary information doesn't take too long to come in. Good luck.
