Depends: You really need to have a discussion with your HIV specialist. He will have to test among other things your CD4 count and viral load. This will give an idea on how much risk you are facing on a elective cosmetic procedure. I suggest that you get the surgery at a hospital level and that your HIV specialist has privileges at the same hospital as your plastic surgeon. Best of luck.
