This is a scam: There is no such vitamin. An extract of apricot pits, sold as laetrile, was the most lucrative of all phony cancer remedies and despite the whole business having gone to the supreme court, it's still being peddled among "spiritual" and "socially conservative" people. Over 100 people made over a million dollars each off desperate cancer patients. Stay away from these criminals.
