My breasts were squeezed and the following day there was a solid mass in my breast but there is no bruising it just hurts when you touch it?

Benign Fat necrosis: Sometimes if there is trauma to the breast, fat necrosis can happen. The breast if primarly made of fat and milk producing lobules and ducts. Sometimes if there is a large enough trauma a lump of fat can get damaged, and produce this lump. This should not grow and it will go away on it's own. A warm compress and some ibuprofen can help with the swelling and pain.
