Tight foreskin: Phimosis is where foreskin can not easily be retracted, Severe phimosis ranges from tiny pinpoint opening in foreskin to inability to retract foreskin so that adequate penile hygiene is impossible. Worth trying course go Prescreen strength steroid cream, applied twice daily to tight are whilst you try to retract. Always return foreskin over glans. Will require circumcision if cream doesn't work.
