I'm 19 ,can betamethasone cure phimosis? how much chances of success?

Phimosis Cure: Betamethasone has been used for many years to correct phimosis. Most of the world's data involve young children, so the data are not necessarily applicable to adults. My experience is that a scarred and rubbery foreskin rarely responds to any medication. Betamethasone may be used in other patients - pediatric success is >50%. I offer preputioplasty as an alternative in select patients.
