Mirror, mirror..?: There are only a few conditions that could cause that kind of concern. On the other hand, it's easy for the mirror + the mind, to play tricks on us and make us think that we have enormous physical defects. Is called "body dysmorphism". It has been proven scientifically that people are more attractive when they smile. Don't stop smiling. But if the dent keeps growing, check with your Doc.

Love your smile: When a person makes facial expressions (like smiling) the face will change and contour its structures. Some people will have wrinkles, lumps, or depressions due to the expressions. Embrace that change and do not make it a bad thing. Hope this helps.
