What is the probable diagnosis if i have less pain? post thr, 11 months out, x-ray guided steroid injection into the groin area. dr said he'd know he was in the right area if he hit the "new" femur head. groin and out hip pain ongoing for months?

May need imaging: Most Pain Physicians know that injecting steroids into a THR joint does not work. You may be experiencing some systemic beneficial effects of steroids. If your pain persists imaging is needed to make sure there are no problem with implant.
