Depends : As always what should be done, depends on proper diagnosis - it it is indeed dandruff, there are dandruff shampoos that can help with the dandruff and itching. If that doesnt work, or it get works getting a proper diagnosis by a dermatologist or starting with your family doc might be a good idea.
