They might be milia: Jen, the symptoms you are experiencing may or may not be related to the retinol cream you are using. Many women get tiny white cysts called milia on their chin. You can't get these out with your fingernails without scarring yourself. Please see your dermatologist for an accurate diagnosis and to find out your treatment options.
