What can i do for pain from a pelvic infection (pid)? taking naproxen as prescribed but still have really bad pain.

Add acetaminophen: The most important thing for PID is to be on an (usually 2) effective antibiotic(s) which I hope you are. Assuming this is the case and symptoms are improving on the antibiotic, then it is safe to use naproxen and acetaminophen (up to 3000mg daily) together if you're otherwise healthy. If symptoms are worsening or failing to improve, seek further care promptly.
