Is it bad that 50 mg of tramadol doesn't help my severe pelvic pain from pid ? should i go back to my obgyn monday ? taking doxicylcine twice daily.

Not necessarily bad: But pain should be gradually improving with time. If that is not happening see your doc. 50 mg may be too small a dose. Unless one has contraindications, tramadol may be increased to 100 mg at a time.
