No: Get your booster shot as soon as possible. For most typical vaccination series, you don't need to start all over again. Check out http://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/schedules/downloads/adult/adult-schedule-easy-read.pdf to see what's recommended for your age (and medical conditions). Strongly consider meningococcal vaccine if you live in a dorm. Also HPV series to prevent certain cancers.
