No: Since you had your boosters recently, you do not need additional injections at this time. The WHO recommends checking antibody levels in individuals that have increased exposure and giving boosters if antibody levels are less than 0.5 IU/ml. Also, in previously immunized individuals, a 0 and 3 day booster is recommended after reexposure but is not clear on how soon after initial vaccination.

Not at all: In general, completion of the anti-rabies series will protect for exposures during the 2 years following completion of the series. Those in high risk professions are advised to get boosters after 2 years or have an antibody titer checked to see if a booster is needed for protection to remain high.
