A 44-year-old male asked:
Hello, can anyone get a booster after only 1 vaccine shot instead of two. this is not regarding johnson and johnson which is only 1 shot. this is pfizer. with one dose, can you skip the second and eventually get a booster? or is two mandatory first?

The data verifying efficiency of vaccines is derived from doing the same thing for everyone, here 2 doses at the recommended interval. You can always get another dose, since a booster is identical to the first dose, but how well your body develops an immune response if you skipped the 2nd is hard to predict. Likely somewhat beneficial, but maby not as much.
